Jego zainteresowania obejmuj\u0105 te\u017c antropologi\u0119 prawa, <em>law &amp; literature<\/em> oraz komparatystyk\u0119 prawa prywatnego. Profesor Colombo jest za\u0142o\u017cycielem W\u0142osko-Japo\u0144skiego Stowarzyszenia Komparatystyki Prawniczej oraz cz\u0142onkiem wielu towarzystw i rad naukowych.
